Now that you have decided to move to us, we are here gladly waiting to help you to ensure the transition will be swift and to ensure there will be no disruption of service to you and your clients.

Here is how we going to do it.
 
1) After you have sign up with us, we will setup your reseller account for you.
2) You may want to email us to inform us of your intention to have us to move your clients account over.
3) We will assign a dedicated Tech to take up this job and he/she will then contact you asking for some account information at your old web host.
4) After scrutinizing the information you gave us, we will then send you a simple, step by step plan of what we will do and what you need to do.
5) With your approval of our plan, we will begin the migration and keep you updated as wel go.
 
Whole process should not take more than 48 hours and there will not be any visible outage during this time.
